Our Environmental Commitments

It is not enough to talk, we must TAKE ACTION to protect our environment.

Our buildings have been CSR certified since 2021: we offer numerous eco-responsible and sustainable initiatives here that will help you earn points for your own CSR certification or, at the very least, show that you are concerned and involved. Take advantage of them!

Always committed, we are often the first and sometimes the only ones to go this far in our actions:

  • BREEAM Excellent Certification – among the first 3 to get certified Excellent in Luxembourg
  • CO₂ Neutral Scope 3 Label – first (and still only) office building in Luxembourg
  • Indoor air quality optimization – first in Luxembourg and pilot project for improvements
  • Multiple recycling programs: MéGo, Superdreckskescht
  • Building modeled with BIM and intelligent energy monitoring
  • Electric shuttle and car sharing – we were the first to test autonomous shuttles
  • Solar panels on all roofs – 147,000 kWh, representing 95.5T of CO₂ saved
  • 120 charging stations – still a record today for a private site
