Our buildings are CSR certified: here we offer many eco-responsible and sustainable initiatives that will help you earn points for your own CSR certification or, at the very least, demonstrate your concern and involvement. BREEAM Excellent Certification – among the first 3 to obtain it in Luxembourg
CO₂ Neutral Scope 3 Label – first (and still only) office building in Luxembourg
Indoor air quality optimization – first in Luxembourg and pilot project for improvements
Multiple recycling programs: MéGo, Superdreckskescht
BIM modeled building and intelligent energy monitoring
Electric shuttle and shared car – first to test autonomous shuttles
Solar panels on all roofs – 147,000 kWh, representing 95.5T of CO₂ saved
118 charging stations – still a record for a private site today

In February 2021, Campus Contern obtained the CSR label for its offices, thanks in particular to:
