Our Environmental Commitments

It’s not enough to talk, we must ACT to protect our environment. Our buildings are CSR certified: here we offer many eco-responsible and sustainable initiatives that will help you earn points for your own CSR certification or, at the very least, demonstrate your concern and involvement. Take advantage of them!

Always committed, we are often the first and sometimes the only ones to go this far in our actions:

  • BREEAM Excellent Certification – among the first 3 to obtain it in Luxembourg
  • CO₂ Neutral Scope 3 Label – first (and still only) office building in Luxembourg
  • Indoor air quality optimization – first in Luxembourg and pilot project for improvements
  • Multiple recycling programs: MéGo, Superdreckskescht
  • BIM modeled building and intelligent energy monitoring
  • Electric shuttle and shared car – first to test autonomous shuttles
  • Solar panels on all roofs – 147,000 kWh, representing 95.5T of CO₂ saved
  • 118 charging stations – still a record for a private site today

In February 2021, Campus Contern obtained the CSR label for its offices, thanks in particular to:

We are located 15 minutes from Luxembourg Centre & Kirchberg and La Cloche d'Or, and 10 minutes from Findel Airport. We have parking for nearly 700 vehicles.
