2019 was a busy year
We delivered our last 2 buildings, welcomed 4 new tenants, and helped 2 others find a larger workspace better suited to their needs.
We completed the outdoor works, added a few parking spaces, and set up a food truck area.
We also expanded the fitness room and opened our event room for 100 people.
2020 will be just as busy
We plan to improve the layout of the esplanade for more outdoor comfort: tables, benches, shade sails, more flowers, etc.
We will meet with all our tenants to review things with each of them, listen to their requests and needs, and present the Welcome Pack, which brings together all the on-site services to make it easier to use the resources and welcome new arrivals.
We will also launch our Campus Forum: every 3 months, a lunch where tenants can introduce themselves so everyone gets to know each other better. It’s also an opportunity to host presentations from potential partners for our site and offer valuable solutions for everyone.
In short, a great, busy year ahead!
